We are happy to accept returns and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items (no returns on special orders). Just fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state.

CharmsCollector is not responsible for postage on returned items. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received assortable or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept.
